Doriet Fischer

Biography

Ms. Fischer is a dedicated family law attorney committed to guiding individuals and families through sensitive and complex family law matters. With substantial experience in various family law issues, she handles complex divorce cases, custody disputes, child support matters, modifications of child support and custody, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Well-versed in all aspects of the litigation process, Ms. Fischer ensures her clients receive comprehensive support throughout their cases.

Ms. Fischer has successfully tried many cases through to final verdict, approaching each with honor, respect, and diligence. She is also a strong advocate for mediation and alternative dispute resolution, believing that families are often best served by resolving matters outside the courtroom whenever possible.

She graduated with her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2016 and earned her summa cum laude B.A. from the Pforzheimer Honors College at Pace University in 2013. Ms. Fischer has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2020 and has served as a Guest Legal Analyst on Court TV.

Before joining Kessler & Solomiany, LLC as an Associate, Ms. Fischer gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the firm and interned for The Honorable William B. Rebolini at the Suffolk County Supreme Court of New York.
