Biography

Ms. Oldweiler’s career in family law followed her experience in technology-focused sales and business development roles in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Prior to law school, Ms. Oldweiler led the Key Accounts Sales Team for a global leader in building information modeling solutions.

As a law student, Ms. Oldweiler worked with the Kessler & Solomiany team during the summers following her 1L and 2L years and held an externship with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation Safe Families Office, where she helped survivors of domestic violence obtain Temporary Protective Orders. In addition to serving as Editor in Chief of the John Marshall Law Journal and launching the AJMLS Family Law Society’s Coffee With a Family Lawyer Program, Ms. Oldweiler qualified as a Pupil in the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court and received the AJMLS Outstanding Student Award. Upon graduating, Ms. Oldweiler was awarded the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Graduate Award before returning to Kessler & Solomiany to practice family law exclusively.

Ms. Oldweiler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and she has served as a former President of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association’s Atlanta Intown Network, as a volunteer coach with Partners in Change, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Atlanta CASA. Ms. Oldweiler is also a finisher of the New York and Miami marathons, as well as 17 half marathons.

Ms. Oldweiler resides in Atlanta with her husband and two daughters.
