Biography

Ms. Oldweiler’s transition into family law followed 19 years in technology-focused sales and business development roles, predominantly in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Prior to law school, Ms. Oldweiler led the Key Accounts Sales team for GRAPHISOFT, a Nemetschek Group company and global leader in building information modeling solutions.

As a law student, Ms. Oldweiler worked with the Kessler & Solomiany team during the summers following her 1L and 2L years and held a 3L externship with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation Safe Families Office, where she helped survivors of domestic violence seek Temporary Protective Orders. On campus, Ms. Oldweiler was appointed Editor-in-Chief of the John Marshall Law Journal, elected President of the Family Law Society, and launched the Coffee With a Family Lawyer Program. Additionally, Ms. Oldweiler qualified as a Pupil in the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court during her 2L year and received the AJMLS Outstanding Student Award during her 1L year. Upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Ms. Oldweiler was awarded the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Graduate Award.

Ms. Oldweiler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and she has served as a former President of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association’s Atlanta Intown Network, a Coach with Partners in Change, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Atlanta CASA. Ms. Oldweiler is also a finisher of the New York and Miami marathons, as well as 17 half marathons.

Ms. Oldweiler resides in Atlanta with her husband and two daughters.
