DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO MAIN OFFICE

From the North:

• Take I-75/85 South to Williams Street (Exit 249C); exit continues straight (you will be on Williams Street)
• Turn right at Andrew Young International Boulevard,
• Turn left on CENTENNIAL OLYMPIC PARK BLVD, get in left lane.
• Turn left on Walton Street (third street on the left).
• Continue on Walton Street and cross over Spring Street. Immediately following Spring Street enter into the Centennial Tower parking garage on right.

From the South: (Hartsfield Airport)

• Take I-75/85 North to Central Avenue exit, take left fork.
• Follow Central several blocks to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, then turn left at Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
• You will then cross Peachtree Street and turn right on Spring Street. Go one long block to Marietta Street, and Centennial Tower will be on the opposite corner on the right. Continue one more short block to Walton Street and turn right, then make an immediate right into the parking garage attached to Centennial Tower.

From the East or West:

• Take I-20 East or West Bound to Spring and Windsor Street exit. At bottom of ramp, you should:
• * if coming from East (Decatur/Lithonia/Conyers) turn RIGHT onto Windsor Street.
• * if coming from West (Douglasville/Birmingham) turn LEFT onto Windsor (go under bridge).
• Follow Windsor Street north–it becomes Spring Street. Follow Spring Street past Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the next intersection will be Marietta Street. 101 Marietta Street will be on the opposite corner on the right. Go one more block to Walton Street and turn right, and then immediately right into parking garage attached to Centennial Tower.

DIRECTIONS FROM MARTA

From the East-West Rail Line:

• Exit at the Georgia Dome/GWCC/Phillips Arena and CNN Center Station.
• Follow signs to CNN Center.
• Follow sidewalk against traffic past Phillips Arena and CNN Center.
• Take a right on Marietta Street, shortly before Centennial Olympic Park.
• Follow Marietta Street for approximately 1 block.
• Kessler & Solomiany is located at 101 Marietta Street (a 36-story black glass building).

Note: 101 Marietta is not clearly labeled but it is directly across Marietta Street from the State
Bar of Georgia.

Our office is located in Suite 3500, which is accessible via the penthouse elevator from the 34th floor.

From the North-South Rail Line

• Exit at the Five Points Station
• Follow signs inside the station to the Forsyth Street exit.
• After exiting onto Forsyth Street, take a right and continue 1 block to Marietta Street.
• Turn left onto Marietta Street and continue 2 blocks, walking past the Atlanta Journal – Constitution building.
• Kessler & Solomiany is located at 101 Marietta Street (a 36-story black glass building).
