Marvin L. Solomiany
Biography
Mr. Solomiany, a former chair of the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Section, has worked as a trial attorney exclusively in the area of family law for over 25 years. Mr. Solomiany provides representation in all areas of the firm’s practice, with an emphasis on high-income divorce cases, cases involving corporate entities, prenuptial agreements, and interstate child support and custody matters. Mr. Solomiany has been recognized as a Top 100 Super Lawyer in Georgia and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He is frequently hired by other family law attorneys to serve as co-counsel in complex family law cases.
Over the years, Mr. Solomiany has represented in family law matters numerous athletes, entertainers, professionals, and executives from Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Solomiany has appeared in radio and television programs to discuss family law issues and is a frequent lecturer in both state and national family law seminars. As an IFR rated pilot, Mr. Solomiany is able to travel throughout Georgia to represent clients outside the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan area. He also uses his piloting skills to volunteer for such organizations like Angel Flight, Veterans Air Lift Command and Pilots N Paws. Mr. Solomiany is married to Kerry Solomiany and has two children in college.
